The weight of a guilty conscience, a frustrated life, and a persistent insomnia are the triggers that consume the reality and sanity of a man imprisoned by the routine of his life. In a battle against himself, Jaime Mejía will confront the purest and most hidden aspects of human nature in an attempt to awaken from a dream he never truly inhabited.

Synopsis

The Loop is a multidisciplinary artistic project that articulates characters, spaces, and technical devices within a dramaturgy of doubling and recurrence. Its staging explores the boundaries between wakefulness and sleep, sanity and delirium, configuring a universe where time folds back on itself, space fragments, and reality reveals itself as an unstable construct.

Through symbolic aesthetics and a non-linear narrative, the work challenges the viewer on the mechanisms of perception, control, and alienation, proposing a stage experience that destabilizes reality and confronts the audience with their own layers of consciousness.
